Loro Piana seeks a Store Manager in Sanya to lead daily operations, sales and profit performance, client relationships, team development, visual merchandising, inventory management, and compliant store operations. This is a full-time, on-site store position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, develop sales strategies, and lead the team to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Ensure the team delivers outstanding service in line with brand standards, maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Recruit, train, assess, and motivate team members to build a high-performing, professional team.
- Oversee visual merchandising, merchandise management, and inventory flow while maintaining the store’s luxury image.
- Analyze sales data and market trends, develop targeted marketing plans, and drive business growth.
- Ensure compliant store operations, handle emergencies, and carry out other tasks assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 5 years of luxury retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent sales skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Outgoing personality, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Standard Mandarin; English suitable as a working language is preferred.
- Proficiency with office software and basic data analysis capabilities.
