Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance through analysis of KPIs, development and execution of targeted action plans, and identification of client and VIC opportunities.
- Lead and inspire the store team: recruit in partnership with HR, coach and deliver structured feedback, create individual development plans and run regular performance-focused meetings.
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory control (cycle counts, stock consolidations, fiscal inventory), stockroom organisation and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Own P&L responsibilities for the store: control expenses, optimise shipping/receiving and alterations costs, and align expenditure with budget constraints.
- Ensure exemplary client experience and after‑sales service (alterations, repairs, spare parts) while representing the brand as an elevated ambassador at all times.
- Maintain compliance with labour, safety and sales regulations, report facilities and maintenance issues, and mitigate operational risks through timely communication with corporate partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of management and sales experience in luxury retail, preferably in a high-volume boutique or flagship.
- Proven ability to achieve quantitative targets and to develop client acquisition and retention strategies, including VIC management.
- Demonstrated leadership in talent development, recruitment and performance management.
- Strong operational aptitude including inventory control, visual merchandising implementation and P&L oversight.
- Ability to travel and work weekends; physical capacity to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of progressive management and sales experience within the luxury retail sector, including responsibility for team leadership, sales targets and operational oversight in a high-volume store.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 150,000 per annum.
