Loro Piana seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a luxury boutique in Romagnano Sesia, delivering commercial targets and store P&L through strategic execution and operational excellence. This role combines brand stewardship, team leadership, and financial accountability, requiring a leader who drives elevated client experience, maintains impeccable visual merchandising and selling ceremony standards, and develops high-performing teams with clear priorities and performance accountability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Loro Piana values and ensuring flawless brand expression throughout the store
- Drive storytelling on heritage, savoir-faire and product uniqueness to strengthen brand desirability and client conversion
- Ensure a consistent client experience through adherence to selling ceremony standards and service excellence
- Define store strategy and business development priorities, translating commercial targets into clear action plans
- Leverage market and competitor insights to identify opportunities and adjust commercial strategies
- Govern inventory and visual merchandising to support product availability, rotation and store image consistency
- Ensure operational planning, store management and audit readiness through strong compliance and internal controls
- Build, lead and animate a high-performing team with effective management and development practices
- Coach team members on the floor and manage performance through clear objectives, feedback and recognition
- Identify and develop talent, ensuring succession planning and capabilities growth within the management team
- Drive engagement, inclusion and wellbeing through consistent communication, team rituals and care
- Ensure workforce planning, scheduling and workload balance to support business needs and team sustainability
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a luxury boutique environment
- Passion for luxury products and profound connection to the Loro Piana brand philosophy
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and the luxury sector
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Demonstrated expertise in coaching, communication, leadership and team management

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience as a Store Manager in a luxury boutique or upscale retail environment, demonstrating proficiency in multi-faceted store leadership, team development and commercial performance delivery.
