Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee sales performance by analyzing key metrics and implementing strategic action plans to optimize business opportunities and achieve quantitative targets
- Lead and manage store team through task delegation, performance management, and coaching to foster professional growth and career development
- Act as brand ambassador, reflecting elevated brand image while managing VIC (Very Important Client) initiatives and maintaining client relationships
- Manage operational procedures including inventory management, cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory oversight
- Oversee After Sales processes including alterations, repairs, and spare parts management
- Monitor store expenses related to profit and loss including shipping, supplies, and alterations while maintaining budget constraints
- Ensure visual merchandising practices align with corporate guidelines and maintain stockroom operations strategically
- Supervise daily opening and closing activities, maintain visual standards, and manage employee scheduling
- Communicate with store team and retail leaders to mitigate business risks and maintain alignment on sales objectives
- Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with support from corporate partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume retail stores and achieve quantitative targets

Experience
Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment, with proven track record of driving sales performance, managing teams, and overseeing store operations in high-volume settings.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 130,000 to USD 160,000 per annum.
