Loro Piana seeks a Store Manager for its Harrods concession in London to lead a 15–20 person team and drive sales, client relationships and visual standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Harrods concession day-to-day operations, ensuring the boutique reflects Loro Piana’s luxury standards and brand DNA.
- Drive sales performance by inspiring and coaching a team of 15–20 to exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies informed by market trends and store performance analysis.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with VICs and top clients, personally managing high-value accounts and complex service enquiries.
- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team; set objectives, monitor performance and deliver ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Oversee stock management, compliance with internal policies and cross-departmental coordination to optimise product availability.
- Direct visual merchandising to maintain an impeccable presentation and collaborate with corporate teams on merchandising initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in luxury retail, including proven management responsibility within a concession or boutique environment.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs in a high-end retail setting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and people development skills with experience coaching teams to deliver premium service.
- Deep knowledge and passion for luxury fashion and the Loro Piana product ethos.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP Retail preferred.
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience
Minimum 10 years in luxury retail with significant management responsibility; prior experience running a concession or boutique—preferably within a department store environment—and leading teams of 15–20 with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred; professional retail or luxury brand qualifications advantageous.
