Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure achievement of quantitative sales targets through strategic planning and competitive analysis
- Lead and mentor a successful store team through coaching, performance management, and career development planning
- Manage sales performance by analyzing key metrics, identifying VIC and client opportunities, and implementing action plans to optimize business growth
- Supervise operational procedures including inventory management, cycle counts, stock consolidations, fiscal inventory, and stockroom operations
- Oversee the After Sales process including alterations, repairs, and spare parts management
- Maintain visual merchandising alignment with corporate guidelines and manage store facilities and maintenance
- Communicate with retail leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on sales objectives and business initiatives
- Manage store expenses related to profit and loss, including shipping, receiving, supplies, and alterations within budget constraints
- Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations in accordance with corporate policy
- Participate in recruitment and selection of new team members in collaboration with HR partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Demonstrated excellence in team leadership and performance management
- Strong knowledge of sales operations and inventory management
- Ability to travel and work weekends as required
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
