Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations to deliver flawless customer service and uphold Loro Piana’s visual and operational standards.
- Drive sales performance through coaching, product‑knowledge training and regular review of individual KPIs and transaction metrics.
- Develop and execute client development strategies including telephone, email outreach and personalised follow‑up to maximise lifetime value.
- Manage the selling environment by assigning selling floor responsibilities, enforcing policies and role‑modelling company values.
- Provide ongoing mentoring to Sales Professionals, monitor suggestive selling processes and deliver timely performance feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ selling and management experience within luxury retail.
- Proven leadership capability with strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organisational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to coach sales teams, develop clientele and meet measurable sales targets.
- College degree preferred.
