Loro Piana seeks a Store Manager in Boston, MA to lead luxury retail operations, manage sales performance, and oversee an exceptional team. $130K–$160K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee sales performance through analysis of key metrics and implementation of action plans to optimize business opportunities and achieve quantitative targets
- Identify and develop VIC (Very Important Client) and client opportunities through strategic planning, serving as brand ambassador and managing VIC initiatives
- Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager and retail leadership to oversee store team operations through task delegation, performance management, and product knowledge development
- Provide coaching, feedback, and career development planning to foster professional growth and cultivate a productive team environment
- Participate in recruitment and selection of new team members in coordination with HR partners
- Enhance comprehension and execute operational procedures including inventory management, daily opening/closing activities, cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory
- Oversee After Sales processes including alterations, repairs, and spare parts management
- Manage store expenses and profit-and-loss responsibilities including shipping, supplies, and alterations while maintaining budget constraints
- Ensure visual merchandising practices align with corporate guidelines and maximize sales potential
- Lead team meetings to communicate store performance updates and key priorities
- Report facilities and maintenance issues in a timely manner to guarantee store safety and functionality
- Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with support from corporate partners
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify sales growth opportunities and leverage available resources
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Ability to work weekends and travel as required

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment, with demonstrated success in leading high-volume stores and driving performance through strategic planning and team leadership.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred.
