Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee sales performance by analyzing key metrics and implementing action plans to optimize business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Achieve quantitative sales targets through strategic planning, client relationship development, and VIC (Very Important Customer) account management
- Act as brand ambassador, maintaining an elevated brand image while executing VIC initiatives and luxury service standards
- Lead and develop the store team through coaching, performance management, and career development planning in collaboration with the Assistant Store Manager
- Participate in recruitment and team selection efforts with HR partners to build a high-performing retail team
- Manage store operations including inventory management, cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory procedures
- Oversee alterations, repairs, after-sales processes, and spare parts management
- Monitor and report store facilities and maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality
- Manage store expenses and profit-and-loss responsibilities including shipping, receiving, supplies, and alterations costs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with corporate support
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify sales growth opportunities
- Lead team meetings to communicate store performance metrics and strategic priorities
- Maintain alignment with corporate visual merchandising guidelines and operational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment
