Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients on the sales floor, delivering service aligned with Loro Piana standards.
  • Support the complete sales cycle including sales assistance and post-sales activities (packaging, follow-up and basic client care).
  • Contribute to maintaining the boutique’s visual identity, ensuring merchandise presentation meets brand guidelines.
  • Manage stock-related tasks: receiving, organizing inventory and basic stock control procedures.
  • Perform back-office duties and support preparation and execution of in-store events and client appointments.
  • Develop product knowledge to advise clients on materials, craftsmanship and garment care.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated passion for the luxury sector and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage a high-end clientele.
  • Proactive, curious and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Good command of English; additional languages considered an asset.
  • Availability to work shifts, including weekends.
