Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients on the sales floor, delivering a service aligned with Loro Piana standards.
  • Support the full sales cycle and post-sales processes, including client follow-up and order management.
  • Contribute to maintaining the boutique’s visual identity and presentation, executing merchandising directives.
  • Manage stock-related tasks and perform routine back-office administration.
  • Assist in planning and operating in-store events and client engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from programs in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication or related fields.
  • Demonstrated passion for the luxury sector and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional client-facing demeanour.
  • Proactive, curious and collaborative work style with the ability to work in team-based retail operations.
  • Availability to work shifts including weekends; good command of English.

Experience
