Loro Piana Store Design Specialist in Milan, supporting the development and implementation of global store concepts and design standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Store Design in adapting new concepts for different Loro Piana stores.
- Support the development of a store concept that represents the essence of Loro Piana and reflects its culture of luxury craftsmanship.
- Identify and manage external consultants, partners and agencies.
- Analyze and monitor competitors’ store concepts and trends to propose new ideas for Loro Piana.
- Ensure consistency across Loro Piana stores worldwide in design guidelines, environmental design, materials and furniture quality.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external consultants and partners on the design of new concepts for stores, offices and special projects.
- Support coordination of internal stakeholders, including Visual Merchandising, Communications and other departments, on cross-functional projects.
- Support implementation of new concepts, including feasibility and functionality analysis, cost control and scheduling.
- Develop and maintain processes with internal stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.
- Develop and update the Store Concept Book.
- Collect and organize information for the existing network archive, including the Layout & Photo Book, store database and WW SP Dashboard.
- Regularly review, update and share documents for the new technical database, including construction details and materials.
- Support research for new materials and suppliers within the area of responsibility, and work with Procurement to assess and validate new suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Fluent English.
- Software: AutoCAD 3D modeling program and Microsoft package.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years; ideally 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
