Loro Piana Milan: Store Design Specialist supporting luxury retail architecture and brand concept development. EUR 30,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Store Design in studying new concept adaptations for diverse Loro Piana stores and developing store concepts that embody the brand's luxury craftsmanship heritage
- Identify, manage, and liaison with external consultants, partners, and agencies for design projects
- Analyze and monitor competitor store concepts and market trends to inform innovative proposals for Loro Piana
- Ensure coherence and consistency of Loro Piana stores worldwide regarding design guidelines, environmental creation, materials, and furniture quality
- Coordinate with all internal stakeholders and external partners to advance design studies for stores, offices, and special projects
- Support coordination of internal teams (visual merchandising, communications, and other departments) on cross-functional initiatives
- Manage feasibility and functionality analysis, cost control, and timeline coordination for new concept implementations
- Develop and maintain processes with internal stakeholders to ensure effective project execution
- Develop and update the Store Concept Book and maintain the global network archive, including layouts, photography, store databases, and dashboards
- Regularly review, update, and circulate technical documentation such as construction details and material specifications
- Scout new materials and suppliers within assigned areas and collaborate with the Procurement Team for supplier assessment and validation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in luxury retail design or related sector
- Proficiency in Autocad 3D modeling software
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Demonstrated creativity and commitment to excellence
- Operational effectiveness and flexibility in dynamic environments

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in luxury retail, store design, or related architectural roles, with proven expertise in developing and implementing retail concepts.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
