Loro Piana seeks Stockroom Operations Assistant in Singapore MBS for inventory and warehouse management in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing inventory items in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintain organized stock levels and storage systems following Loro Piana standards
  • Ensure clear warehouse organization and accessibility for the sales team
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in store stock areas and sales floor stockroom sections per Store Manager guidelines
  • Keep all products in inventory in pristine condition to support optimal sales performance
  • Execute inventory management activities and cycle counts under Store Manager supervision
  • Manage handling and coordination of products requiring repair or alteration
  • Maintain communications with shipping teams and external couriers to ensure timely and correct delivery procedures
  • Provide stock availability updates and support to the sales team to facilitate target achievement
  • Assist sales team with product arrangement and organization during post-sale fulfillment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant stockroom, warehouse, or inventory management experience in luxury fashion or high-end retail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
  • SAP Retail system experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving capability and proactive work approach
  • Fluent in English; multilingual ability is advantageous
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
