Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all visual merchandising (VM) actions to optimize business results in alignment with the visual strategy provided by the Regional Visual Manager and business partners.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the Regional Visual Manager to align responsibilities and priorities, including rotation schedules, installation planning, travel agendas, and special projects.
- Facilitate weekly touch bases with business partners to coordinate travel, upcoming rotations, floor planning, and product knowledge development.
- Manage and execute all VM rotations in collaboration with the Regional Visual Manager, Visual Referents, DSAs, business partners, and in-store teams, ensuring adherence to global VM guidelines.
- Develop relationships within the wholesale channel to sustain brand VM expectations.
- Create extraordinary displays that convey brand mood and theme, balancing commerciality and cross-selling within retail and wholesale channels.
- Oversee VM maintenance, store environment, and technical clarity of client-facing areas, including windows, interiors, and mannequin styling.
- Collaborate with business partners and in-store teams to maintain organized VM inventory.
- Guide and manage VM and product knowledge training throughout the season and during onboarding of new sales professionals and DSAs.
- Propose elevated display solutions to the Regional Visual Manager and Director of Visual Merchandising in line with the brand vision.
- Develop a visual strategy to support peak seasonal periods in collaboration with business partners and the Regional Visual Manager.
