Senior Retail Specialist at Loro Piana in Hong Kong Island supporting multi-market retail operations and strategy execution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze, define, and implement new operating standards to harmonize retail practices across Hong Kong and Macau markets
  • Execute and monitor 'Master of Retail' programs in accordance with global operations guidelines and standards
  • Propose and implement operational improvements aligned with headquarters retail operations strategies
  • Monitor operating expense (OPEX) activities and challenge existing workflows to improve efficiency and cost control
  • Manage uniform and packaging material orders and consolidation across the retail network
  • Handle store maintenance requests and liaise with internal teams and facilities service providers, monitoring service quality and progress
  • Support the Retail Director in coordinating store opening, relocation, closure, and renovation projects with the Store Planning team
  • Coordinate with internal departments (CRM, Merchandising, IT, Visual Merchandising, Finance) to ensure timely preparation and project execution
  • Facilitate seamless communication between stores and office operations, escalating and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to support in-store needs and ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Coordinate logistics planning including product deliveries, storage management, and back-of-house operations
  • Work closely with store teams to coordinate repairs, exchanges, and after-sales service activities
  • Act as a liaison between stores, after-sales teams, and office operations to ensure timely updates and communication
  • Track and report on after-sales cases and key performance metrics
  • Identify recurring operational issues and provide feedback to continuously improve processes and client experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management, marketing, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or multi-store operational support
  • Proven experience in premium or luxury retail environments
  • Well organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
