Loro Piana seeks Security Officer in Quarona, Italy. Monitor systems, manage access control, and lead security operations in this hybrid, full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor security and protection activities across the facility
- Coordinate internal and external resources involved in security services
- Manage access control procedures and security protocols for sensitive areas
- Analyze risks and vulnerabilities, proposing corrective and preventive measures
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation related to incidents, audits, and control activities
- Collaborate with the Security Function and competent authorities in emergency situations
- Promote a security culture and best practices throughout the organization
Qualifications
- Certification as a Non-Armed Security Guard (GPG) as per Article 138 of the T.U.L.P.S. (Royal Decree of June 18, 1931, No. 773)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations, preferably in complex or structured environments
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in standard IT tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills, precision, and reliability
- Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive information
- Problem-solving orientation and collaborative teamwork capability
- Flexibility to work shifts including nights and holidays
- Knowledge of French (preferred)
