Loro Piana is seeking a Seasonal Store Support Specialist for a temporary, full-time, on-site role in Washington, DC. The specialist supports client service, sales, CRM, visual merchandising, merchandise replenishment, and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales process and enhance the client experience through exceptional hospitality and expert assistance aligned with Loro Piana standards.
- Support the team with product expertise to elevate the client experience.
- Build client relationships and support sales through communication by email, handwritten notes, phone calls, and the clienteling app.
- Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information to enhance future sales opportunities and tailor services to individual preferences.
- Promote new products through personalized outreach and tailored messages to increase client awareness and interest.
- Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with store management and the sales team to ensure merchandise is replenished, well-maintained, and accessible.
- Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail; a minimum of 3 years is also stated.
