Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales process and elevate client experience by providing exceptional hospitality and expert assistance aligned with Loro Piana standards
- Support the store team by delivering exceptional assistance grounded in strong product knowledge
- Build meaningful client relationships through personalized communication via email, handwritten notes, phone calls, and clienteling applications
- Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information to enhance future sales opportunities and personalize services
- Actively promote new products through targeted outreach campaigns to increase product awareness and drive sales interest
- Contribute to store display maintenance in alignment with visual merchandising guidelines
- Collaborate with store management and sales team to ensure merchandise replenishment, maintenance, and accessibility
- Provide exceptional operational and administrative support to client advisors to drive overall business success
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- General knowledge of sales operations and inventory management
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
