Loro Piana seeks a Seasonal Store Support Specialist in Toronto to deliver elevated client experiences and operational support in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience by providing exceptional hospitality and expert assistance in alignment with Loro Piana standards
- Support the team through exceptional assistance while maintaining strong product knowledge to enhance client interactions
- Build meaningful client relationships via personalized communication—emails, handwritten notes, phone calls, and the clienteling app—to drive sales
- Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information to enhance future sales opportunities and enable tailored service delivery
- Actively promote new products through personalized outreach, engaging clients with curated messaging to increase product awareness
- Maintain and support store displays in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines and brand aesthetic
- Collaborate with store management and sales team to ensure merchandise replenishment, maintenance, and accessibility
- Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors to drive overall business success
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities
- General knowledge of sales operations, inventory management
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
