Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience by providing exceptional hospitality and expert assistance aligned with Loro Piana standards
- Support the store team by providing exceptional assistance and maintaining strong product knowledge to enhance client interactions
- Build meaningful client relationships through multi-channel communication including emails, hand-written notes, phone calls, and clienteling applications to drive sales

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP

- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- General knowledge of sales operations and inventory management
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
