Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience by providing exceptional hospitality and expert assistance aligned with Loro Piana standards
- Support the sales team by delivering exceptional assistance with strong product knowledge to enhance the client experience
- Build meaningful client relationships through multi-channel communication including emails, hand-written notes, phone calls, and clienteling applications to drive sales
- Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information to identify future sales opportunities and personalize service delivery
- Actively promote new products through personalized outreach and tailored client messaging to increase product awareness and engagement
- Maintain store displays in alignment with visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards
- Collaborate with store management and sales teams to ensure proper merchandise replenishment, maintenance, and accessibility
- Provide exceptional operational and administrative support to client advisors and contribute to overall business objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales or sales support experience
- Proven experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and teamwork capabilities
