Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize inventory flow and streamline operational processes while handling accurate shipment and transfer processing
- Oversee the movement of merchandise from stockroom to sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels aligned with sales potential
- Conduct cycle counts per corporate calendar to verify product quantities, report discrepancies, and perform regular audits of product conditions
- Facilitate implementation of security measures through inspections, audits, and preparation of products for display
- Ensure ongoing inventory organization according to company procedures and establish optimized warehouse layout for improved accessibility
- Maintain clean, organized stockrooms with proper labeling to facilitate sales operations
- Maintain effective communication with operations team and external couriers to ensure accurate shipping procedures and timely delivery
- Provide sales team with detailed inventory availability updates to support sales process and enhance performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control systems
- Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds regularly
