Loro Piana is seeking full-time Seasonal Client Advisors for its Munich store from September 2026 to December 2026. Reporting to the Store Manager, the role drives sales, builds client relationships and brand loyalty, and supports daily store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to store sales growth by engaging clients, conveying Loro Piana values, nurturing brand loyalty, and maintaining customer service standards.
- Achieve sales targets using effective selling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Proactively recruit new clients and retain and upgrade existing clients through effective clienteling and customer service.
- Support daily store operations and ensure stock and back-of-house areas are well managed.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, the luxury industry, or a similar capacity.
- Proven clienteling experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Pleasant, self-motivated, and a good team player.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster.
