Loro Piana is hiring a Seasonal Client Advisor in Dallas, TX to deliver luxury retail sales and exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Exceed personal sales goals and achieve continuous growth in a team environment while upholding Loro Piana standards
- Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to facilitate the sales process and advise clients on product selection
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shopping experiences and contribute to overall store success
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through post-purchase follow-up and personalized after-sales support
- Collect and update client information to enhance future interactions and tailor services to individual preferences
- Actively engage with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance, and drive sales performance
- Maintain store displays in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards
- Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans aimed at enhancing sales performance and operational efficiency
- Identify key opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies
- Model company values and contribute to a positive retail culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital retail tools
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- General knowledge of sales operations and inventory management
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
