Loro Piana is seeking a full-time Seasonal Client Advisor for its Courchevel store from December 2026 to April 2027. Reporting to the Store Manager, the advisor drives sales, builds client loyalty and relationships, and supports daily store and stock operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Proactively recruit new clients and retain and develop existing clients through effective clienteling and customer service.
- Manage daily store operations to ensure stock and back-of-house areas are well managed.
- Engage clients, nurture their loyalty by conveying Loro Piana values, and maintain customer service in accordance with Loro Piana standards.
Qualifications
- Proven clienteling experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent presentation, self-motivation and a collaborative team attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, the luxury industry or a similar capacity; minimum 5 years required.
