Role & Responsibilities
- Operate circular linking machines to seam knitwear components, executing both straight-line and point-to-point stitching techniques
- Identify and manage quality issues in fabric panels, including selvage assessment and symmetry verification of left and right sides
- Monitor and adjust knit tension throughout various production phases and work sequences
- Maintain consistent quality standards across all output, conducting regular self-inspection
- Collaborate with the department supervisor to optimize production workflows
- Develop and share technical expertise related to seaming operations and machine functionality
