Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Finance design and implementation from initial requirements gathering through deployment, including solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post go-live support
• Connect digital innovation with core finance processes through business process redesign and optimization within the SAP environment
• Manage ordinary and evolutionary maintenance services, overseeing application maintenance teams and shaping the SAP finance roadmap
• Conduct business blueprint sessions, gather and document comprehensive business requirements, and design SAP-enabled solutions aligned with strategic objectives
• Lead and manage multiple project teams of consulting professionals across concurrent initiatives
• Develop project documentation including business process flows, training materials, and requirements gathering specifications

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional work experience with specific expertise in SAP Finance modules, preferably including S/4HANA
• Participation in multiple full life cycle SAP implementations
• Advanced knowledge of SAP Finance functionality including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets
• Comprehensive experience with cost controlling and management accounting within ERP systems
• Demonstrated experience implementing SAP Finance integrations to Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM)
• Proficiency in business blueprint facilitation, business requirements gathering, and SAP-enabled solution design
• Project management methodology knowledge and experience developing comprehensive project documentation
• Fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written

Experience

8–10 years of professional experience in SAP Finance implementation and management, with participation in multiple full life cycle SAP implementations and demonstrated expertise across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, cost controlling, and management accounting modules. Practical experience leading business requirements gathering, designing SAP-enabled solutions, and managing cross-functional project teams.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 60,000 per annum.
