Loro Piana seeks an SAP Finance Manager in Milan to lead S/4HANA finance transformation and SAP finance delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP Finance delivery for S/4HANA transformation programmes: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training and post go-live support.
- Redesign and optimise core finance business processes in SAP to align with a fit‑for‑purpose future SAP Finance landscape and the broader digital roadmap.
- Own application maintenance and evolutionary service delivery for SAP Finance, including day‑to‑day support and project streams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional integration efforts (finance to SD, MM and other modules) to support product costing, margin analysis and controlling needs.
- Shape and prioritise the SAP Finance roadmap, defining pragmatic implementation plans and ensuring alignment with business stakeholders and IT peers.
- Lead and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams, manage governance, schedule, status reporting, budget, and escalation of risks, issues and changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 10+ years working on SAP Finance modules; 10–15 years preferred.
- Proven participation in multiple full life‑cycle SAP implementations; S/4HANA project experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable expertise across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, cost controlling and management accounting.
- Experience integrating SAP Finance with SD, MM and solutions supporting product cost controlling and margin analysis.
- Track record of leading business blueprinting, requirements gathering and designing SAP‑enabled finance solutions.
- Strong team leadership and programme delivery skills: stream planning, governance, status reporting, budget management and escalation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, finance or equivalent; SAP certification preferred.
