Join Loro Piana's Planning Department for a six-month internship focused on the Textile Samples Area, where you will contribute to operational and cross-functional activities essential to efficient sample production planning and execution. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced luxury manufacturing environment, working with production scheduling, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of sample production cycles
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sample orders and production processes
- Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to create reports and identify operational trends
- Work with custom systems and SQL databases to manage and extract production data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, sales, and product development to ensure timely and accurate sample delivery
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements across the samples department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and critical thinking
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multiple teams
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Availability to work on-site from Quarona headquarters

Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Academic background in engineering or supply chain disciplines preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.
