Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience by providing exceptional hospitality and expert assistance aligned with Loro Piana standards
- Support the team by providing exceptional assistance and maintaining strong product knowledge to enhance the client experience
- Build meaningful client relationships through emails, hand-written notes, phone calls, and clienteling app communications to boost sales performance
- Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information to enhance future sales opportunities and tailor services to individual preferences
- Actively promote new products through personalized outreach and tailored client messaging to increase product awareness and interest
- Support maintenance of store displays to ensure alignment with visual merchandising guidelines
- Collaborate with store management and sales team to ensure merchandise is properly replenished, maintained, and accessible for seamless operations
- Provide exceptional operational and administrative support to client advisors, contributing to overall business success
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
- Strong teamwork abilities
- General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
