Loro Piana seeks a Seasonal Store Support Specialist in Vancouver to deliver exceptional client service and operational support in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience by providing exceptional hospitality and expert assistance aligned with Loro Piana standards
- Build meaningful client relationships through emails, handwritten notes, phone calls, and clienteling app engagement to drive sales
- Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information to enhance future sales opportunities and personalize services
- Actively promote new products through personalized outreach and tailored client messaging to increase product awareness
- Maintain store displays in alignment with visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards
- Collaborate with store management and sales team to ensure merchandise is properly replenished, maintained, and accessible
- Provide exceptional operational and administrative support to client advisors and management
- Support product knowledge development and maintain strong expertise across the Loro Piana collection
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
- General knowledge of sales operations and inventory management
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
