Loro Piana is seeking a Sales Assistant for a short-term, part-time retail assignment supporting Client Advisors with customer service, stock retrieval and in-store display care. Work locations and dates are the Ginza store from November 1–10, 2026, Ginza Matsui from November 11–December 1, and the Ginza store from December 2–30, with some date flexibility; shifts run 10:30–19:30, 11:00–20:00 or 11:15–20:15, depending on assignment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide general sales support, including retrieving products from stock and maintaining in-store displays.
- Support full-time Client Advisors in presenting Loro Piana products in line with customers’ needs and personal style.
- Contribute ideas and customer service that respond to market and client needs, helping communicate the brand’s materials, heritage, timeless beauty and comfort.
Qualifications
- Experience with a luxury brand.
- Ability to communicate in English or Chinese.
- A proactive, growth-oriented approach and a positive attitude toward work.
- Availability to work full-time.

Experience
At least 3 years; experience with a luxury brand is required.
