Loro Piana in Paris seeks a Sales Advisor (full-time, permanent) to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences in the Ile-de-France boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the brand’s signature sales ceremony, converting client interactions into memorable, high-value experiences.
- Provide bespoke clienteling and after‑sales service to build sustained relationships and maximise client retention.
- Act as an ambassador for the collections by mastering product stories, materials and craftsmanship to elevate client appreciation.
- Ensure impeccable boutique presentation and adherence to visual, merchandising and service standards.
- Support operational excellence through accurate stock management, participation in inventories and strict attention to loss‑prevention and security protocols.
- Contribute to team dynamics by sharing expertise, supporting colleagues and participating in boutique initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a client-facing role within luxury retail or a comparable high-end environment.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are an asset for an international clientele.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and delivering premium client experiences.
- Exemplary attention to detail, discretion and alignment with the maison’s aesthetic and values.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to perform in a fast‑paced boutique setting, including participation in stock takes and events.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in luxury retail or an equivalent client‑facing position within a premium maison.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail, luxury management or business is advantageous.
