Loro Piana Paris: Sales Advisor (full-time) – luxury retail sales and client experience. Minimum 5 years luxury experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Master and elevate the maison's sales ceremony, transforming each transaction into an exceptional moment
- Deliver unparalleled client service by anticipating clientele desires and ensuring lasting satisfaction and loyalty
- Establish and nurture privileged commercial relationships through personalized follow-up and after-sales excellence
- Develop comprehensive expertise across the maison's collections—from new arrivals to iconic pieces—and serve as a brand ambassador
- Maintain impeccable presentation of the boutique space in perfect alignment with the maison's aesthetic standards
- Collaborate on stock management, inventory reconciliation, and stock availability optimization

Qualifications
- Demonstrated success as a Client Advisor or equivalent role within a luxury maison
- Proven ability to excel in demanding, high-touch luxury retail environments

- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
