Senior specialist responsible for defining technical specifications (measurements, fit testing, pre-production garment trials, construction techniques) and overseeing readiness-to-wear apparel for production. The role ensures compliance with quality standards, production timelines aligned with planning department scheduling, and adherence to budgeted production costs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead active participation in fitting sessions with the Product Office, documenting all fit specifications and modifications via designated modules and tools for implementation in production
  • Measure sample garments to establish production measurements across all sizes, incorporating requested modifications for production runs
  • Support specification of accessories (zips, belts, etc.) in terms of sizing and scale
  • Manage information flow for assigned production garments (specifications, base size measurements, etc.), organizing external laboratory meetings and verifying pre-production trials commissioned to partners
  • Monitor advancement and successful completion of pre-production phases, tracking all trial and garment progress to confirm readiness for full production release
  • Contribute to definition of product technical and quality standards, collaborating with Quality Control technicians and Inspection department on all quality-related issues
  • Actively support external technicians and suppliers during production phases, within office capacity and workload constraints
  • Manage wash trial samples and alternative solution tests designed to enhance construction techniques, improving both appearance and production timelines

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in industrialization, pattern-making, or equivalent technical roles
  • Diploma from a technical institute specializing in fashion apparel with expertise in pattern-making and garment construction
  • Consolidated knowledge of pattern-making and industrial garment construction (apparel sewing)
  • Knowledge of product refinement phases and production startup procedures
  • Understanding of raw materials including fabrics, accessories, and leather
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Results-oriented mindset with propensity for objective-driven work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 38,000 per annum.
