Role & Responsibilities

• Define and implement long-term, medium-term, and short-term production plans in close collaboration with Business Units (RTW, Accessories and Lifestyle), ensuring resource optimization and alignment with company targets
• Constantly monitor production progress and adapt plans based on demand analysis; identify trends and seasonality to establish production priorities aligned with commercial needs and resource availability
• Ensure timely deliveries in alignment with the Go To Market calendar
• Oversee the planning of top-up orders, post-sales campaign buying, capsules, and events, ensuring prompt and feasible responses to commercial requests
• Supervise the planning of essentials through needs analysis, raw material availability assessment, supplier capacity evaluation, and production order launches
• Monitor raw material inventory levels to optimize replenishment processes
• Prepare executive summaries and high-level reporting for company management and Corporate Management
• Work closely with Supply Chain functions (Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics) and promote continuous information flow across company departments to ensure business priorities are met
• Collaborate with IT and internal/external Supply Chain functions for continuous improvement of planning processes and development of IT tools
• Manage, coordinate, and develop resources within the RTW Central Planning team, supervising daily activities and fostering professional growth

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with Power BI
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Familiarity with planning tools such as Sedapta
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Demonstrated critical thinking

Skills

Experience

4–6 years of experience in planning roles within structured medium or large companies or consultancy firms, with prior experience in resource management or coordination

Education

Master's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 39,000 per annum.
