Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update training records and historical training documentation for the Retail Excellence programme.
- Manage inventory of training tools and materials and ensure availability for sessions.
- Provide administrative support to the training programme team on ad-hoc tasks and regional initiatives.
- Translate Monthly MTLR (Made to Learn Retail) Morning Briefing Journal and support regional/global posts on the MTLR platform.
- Translate and localise training materials including Launch Packs and Retail Excellence training modules to support rollouts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA) or above.
- Available for a 3-month internship placement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Fluent English is preferred; translation aptitude is advantageous.
- Proactive interest in retail, training or learning & development.

Entry-level / internship. Prior administrative or internship experience in retail, training, or learning & development is preferred but not required.
