Loro Piana seeks a Retail Specialist in Seoul to drive operational excellence and business performance analysis across the store network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by store while tracking key retail KPIs across the store network
- Prepare weekly performance updates and business comments in collaboration with the Retail Manager
- Support sales forecasting and commercial target setting for stores and seasonal business plans
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive retail performance reports, providing insights into individual store and team performance
- Analyze retail network performance by evaluating sales trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and key business indicators to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement
- Calculate and track commission payouts for store teams, and consolidate results of various incentive and sales campaigns
- Coordinate and support new product collection launches and major retail events, including pop-ups and trunk shows
- Support Retail Managers in project management activities for new store openings, relocations, and renovations
- Coordinate planning and follow-up activities with the Marketing team for monthly and annual retail animations
- Prepare materials and data for Store Manager meetings
- Manage store team schedules and maintain organizational charts
- Support communication with landlords and Retail Managers, including preparation of official letters and documentation

- Fluency in English and Korean
