Role & Responsibilities
- Produce sales plans by category and area in collaboration with HQ and regional merchandising/retail teams.
- Define and monitor buying KPIs, including sell‑through targets, buying depth and SKU counts.
- Develop and maintain the open‑to‑buy (OTB) plan, integrating sales targets and carry‑over inventory.
- Support HQ and regional merchandising teams during buying sessions to ensure budget adherence and assortment alignment.
- Track actual sales versus targets and running forecasts, identify variances and propose corrective actions.
- Provide regular analysis and reporting on product performance (sell‑through by area/category), sales inventory, forecasts and targets to relevant HQ functions.
- Contribute to seasonal collection activities (Retail Selection, Showroom Campaign) and cross‑functional company projects involving Retail Planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or a related discipline (inferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in retail planning, merchandise planning or retail buying, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise high‑level commercial objectives and granular SKU‑level detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting/forecasting platforms such as Business Object, Power BI and Anaplan.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive, organised and sensitive to luxury product standards.
- Professional proficiency in English.
