Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation and execution of recurring retail performance reports, including data extraction and visualization with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor contest and incentive performance across headquarters and regional initiatives, identifying key success factors and tracking KPIs against targets
- Contribute to top management presentations and reports, ensuring timely and polished deliverables
- Track key retail performance metrics, identify emerging trends, and highlight areas for improvement or strategic concern
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree programme in Economics or Management Engineering
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated aptitude for business reporting and analysis
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Italian language knowledge is advantageous
