Loro Piana seeks Retail Operations Specialist in Hong Kong to lead stockroom operations, inventory management, and team supervision.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the stockroom team while delegating tasks effectively and managing daily back-of-house workflow
- Oversee all inventory control processes including receiving, unpacking, ticketing, and merchandise organization according to company standards
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain precise inventory records and prevent overstocking or stock-outs
- Manage inter-store transfers and damaged goods processes with proper documentation and execution
- Maintain a pristine, highly organized, and safe back-of-house environment including stockrooms, receiving zones, and staff facilities
- Optimize product flow from delivery to the sales floor, ensuring timely and efficient replenishment processes
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and security procedures within back-of-house operations
- Manage operational supply levels including uniforms and packaging, overseeing the ordering process for continuous availability
- Generate, analyze, and present comprehensive inventory and financial reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support store opening and closing procedures, special events, and coordinate with Store Manager and Regional Retail Operations team to achieve sales goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive retail operations experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role within back-of-house or inventory management
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems; SAP experience is a significant advantage
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Luxury retail experience preferred
