Loro Piana Retail Operations Intern position in New York — support luxury retail operations across the Americas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate packaging and supply orders for store locations
- Manage uniform distribution and tracking to support retail operations
- Support retail events, trunk shows, and commercial initiatives
- Assist with project coordination for store openings, renovations, and relocations
- Administer purchase orders, invoice tracking, and operational coordination tasks
- Contribute to updating operational guidelines, training materials, and process documentation
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Retail Operations team as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in progress or recent graduate
- In-store retail experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
