Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Central Retail Merchandising Team in analysing category and channel performance (sell‑thru, sell‑in, sell‑out, bestsellers, slow movers and other KPIs).
- Monitor daily sales and stock; prepare forecasts, projections and ad hoc sales reporting to inform commercial decisions.
- Optimise inventory across channels and recommend transfers, cancellations and replenishments when appropriate.
- Contribute to the definition of merchandising guidelines for regional teams during sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Participate in order revisions with regional merchandisers during seasonal selling campaigns and provide ongoing support to local teams.
- Collaborate with Collection Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Planning and Supply Chain on cross‑functional initiatives to meet retail requirements.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (or current enrolment) in Economics, Management Engineering or a closely related field.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical aptitude with a passion for quantitative and qualitative performance analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and a collaborative, flexible attitude.
- Fluent English, written and spoken; an additional language is advantageous.

Beginner level — suitable for students or recent graduates. Previous internships or academic projects in retail merchandising, planning, analytics or related commercial functions are advantageous but not mandatory.
