Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance metrics including sell-thru, sell-in, sell-out, best sellers, slow movers, and relevant KPIs for assigned lines and channels
- Monitor sales projections and optimize stock levels across all channels, proposing transfers, cancellations, and replenishments as needed
- Develop and communicate merchandising guidelines to regional teams during buying campaigns, defining product assortment while ensuring consistency with corporate merchandising strategy
- Review seasonal orders with regional merchandisers and provide ongoing support to local teams throughout and after selling campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Collection, Visual Merchandising, Planning, and Finance to fulfill retail requirements and ensure alignment on business opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in fashion or luxury companies as a Collection Merchandiser, Retail Merchandiser, or Buyer
- Deep product expertise in the handbag category with at least 4 years of hands-on experience, including competitor benchmarking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Power BI, and Power Point
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales performance
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior patterns
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities under deadline pressure

Experience
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in fashion or luxury companies in collection merchandising, retail merchandising, or buying roles, with deep product knowledge of the handbag category and demonstrated expertise in competitor benchmarking.
Education
Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 40,000 per annum.
