The Retail Intern supports the Loro Piana boutique team with daily sales activities and a customer experience aligned with the brand’s values. The internship provides hands-on experience in high-end retail and the opportunity to develop luxury-sector, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the boutique.
- Support the sales process and post-sales activities.
- Help maintain the store’s image in line with Loro Piana standards.
- Manage stock, visual merchandising, and back-office tasks.
- Assist with the preparation and management of in-store events.
Qualifications
- Education in fashion, retail, economics, communication, or a related field.
- Passion for the luxury sector and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactivity, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends.
