Loro Piana is hiring a Retail Intern in Rome to support boutique sales, visual merchandising and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients on the shop floor, delivering a service aligned with Loro Piana’s brand standards.
- Support the sales process and post‑sales activities, including client follow-up and basic transaction handling.
- Contribute to maintaining the boutique’s visual presentation and overall store image according to brand guidelines.
- Manage stock-related tasks and basic back‑office duties, including inventory control and replenishment support.
- Assist in the planning, setup and execution of in‑store events and boutique activations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from programmes in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication or related fields.
- Strong interest in the luxury sector and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, curious and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Experience
Beginner level — suitable for students or recent graduates. Previous retail or luxury internship experience is advantageous but not required.
Education
Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication or a related discipline (current student or recent graduate).
