Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients on the sales floor, delivering a service aligned with the brand’s standards
  • Support the sales process and post‑sales follow‑up, including clienteling activities
  • Maintain the boutique’s visual identity and contribute to visual merchandising according to Loro Piana guidelines
  • Manage stock movements, inventory tasks and routine back‑office administration
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of in‑store events and client appointments

Qualifications

  • Education in fashion, retail, economics, communication or a related discipline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric attitude
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive, curious approach to learning
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
