Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations including sales-floor standards, back-of-house organisation, and maintaining an elevated client experience
- Assist in the execution of boutique initiatives and projects that drive client engagement and store performance
- Use and support implementation of POS and CRM systems for sales transactions, client records and clienteling activities
- Provide operational support for inventory management, shipment processing and stock accuracy
- Assist with preparation, on-site execution and follow-up for in-store events and client experiences
- Spend time on the sales floor engaging with clients and supporting the store team in service delivery
- Complete reporting, documentation and administrative tasks related to boutique operations
- Participate in learning and development opportunities to build knowledge of luxury service standards and store operations
Qualifications
- Available full-time, Monday–Friday for the internship duration
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment
- Demonstrated interest in luxury retail and impeccable client service standards
- Basic familiarity with CRM and POS tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred

Experience
Entry-level; previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. The role is designed for candidates who are beginning their careers in luxury retail.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's program in Business, Fashion, Marketing, Retail Management or a related discipline (preferred).
