Loro Piana seeks a Retail Intern in Florence — on-site internship supporting boutique sales, merchandising and events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers on the sales floor, delivering a service experience aligned with Loro Piana standards.
- Support the entire sales process including post-sale follow-up and clienteling activities.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual and brand image through visual merchandising and housekeeping of the sales area.
- Manage stockroom operations, inventory handling and routine back-office tasks.
- Assist in the organisation and execution of in-store events and special client initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or graduate of programmes in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication or a related field.
- Demonstrated passion for the luxury sector and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional customer-facing demeanour.
- Proactive, curious and a collaborative team player.
- Availability to work shifts including weekends.

Entry-level / beginner — suitable for students or recent graduates; no prior professional experience required but any retail or customer-facing exposure is an advantage.
Education
Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication or related fields (student or recent graduate level).
